What to Expect

When you call, you’ll be assisted by staff who will work to answer your pest questions and to find a convenient time for your service call. When our technician arrives at your home or business they’ll begin with an inspection and consultation. If a customer has a current problem, and isn’t calling for preventative services, the technician will ask to be shown the problem area or a sample of the pest. If the request is for preventative services, an inspection of the home or building will be made and our technician will explain any potential problem areas or current problem areas. Once our customer has an understanding of any pest issues, different treatment plans will be discussed and the customer and technician will arrive at treatment plan both feel will be effective and practical.
